- Closed equipment such as pateurisers, connected by stainless steel piping is cleaned by closed-circuit CIP (Cleaning in Place), just like all modern dairies.

- Machines with moving parts, such as fillers, are disassembled and cleaned thoroughly after every production run.

- They premises are cleaned constantly, and worker's outfits are washed every day at the on-site laundry.
